Peace Out Athens

So I left Athens this morning and I am in Atlanta for two days before I leave for Costa Rica. My last night in Athens was absolutely perfect. I thought that I would be a lot more stressed this morning when I was packing up my car and getting ready to go, but I was surprisingly calm. I wasn't a nervous wreck and I don't think that I left anything behind, but I guess we'll find out in the coming days. I really thought it would be more difficult to leave, but I think because I know im only gonna be gone for 2 and a half months and that I am going to be having the time of my life, made my departure a little easier. 

Once I got into town my Dad and I went to Brick Store Pub in Decatur. It's like the Globe of Atlanta but it had a much bigger beer selection. We even have a regular bar tender there now. After that we headed out to get a bunch of errands done in preparation for Costa Rica. We stopped by target and I got a few more of the Boyfriend t-shirts that I found at the one in Athens the other day. Might go pick up a few more colors tomorrow. Then we went off to Walmart (I know, I know, I hate walmart too, but I needed a ton of cosmetics and it truly is cheaper, even though I know it's because they pay their workers shit and they out source. But I only go there like twice a year...) I got pretty much everything I needed, just have a few things I need to pick up tomorrow. 

Tomorrow I will spend my day figuring out how to pack. I got everything down here from athens in a pretty disorganized manner, so I'll have to tackle that tomorrow and make everything fit. Then it's a final dinner at Brick Store with the fam, and on tuesday my brother will be dropping me off at the airport....
